Parents, a pupil in your child’s class has displayed Covid19 symptoms and is awaiting a PCR result. Because another member of the pupil’s household has tested positive in the last two weeks the PHA has recommended that precautionary action should be taken until the PCR results are known. The PHA has therefore advised that Rang6 should plan not to return to school on Tuesday and stand by for further advice (siblings can still come to school). No further action is required at this time. If a positive test is returned the school will make contact about what to do next. We are aware that the result may be slow to come through over the bank holiday weekend.
